Sustainable Resource and Material Management 永續資源與物質管理

Goal:
Understand material flows in the anthroposhere and in the environment
Analyze material flows driven by human activities
Link resource inputs, residual outputs, and environmental impact through consumption and production systems
Assess strategies of sustainable material and resource management at macro, meso, and micro levels
Format: Lecture, Presentation, Case discussion

3. Analyzing material flows: a tool for decision making
4. Macro-level MFA
5. Meso-level MFA
6. Micro-level MFA
7. Material flow and resource productivity indicators
8. International directives and regulations
9. Sustainable consumption and production strategies
10. Case studies
Grading Scheme:
Group case studies and presentations (60%), Term paper (25%), Class discussions (15%)
